While walked through a parking lot, one unidentified photographer tried to get a few shots via an upskirt instead of her face.
After the ’1 Night in Paris’ published on the net, Hilton and Salomon (Paris ex-boyfriend) told the paparazzi about how they each made $1 million from the movie. Paris can’t keep her skirt down while going to jail

Paris Hilton is going to jail. At least she will be if her lawyers don’t win an appeal.
Paris was sentenced to 45 days in jail for violating her probation in a reckless driving case, by Judge Michael T. Sauer, and was explicitly denied any lighter sentecing options like work release, furloughs, use of an alternative jail or electronic monitoring, reports TMZ.
